Over the past few years, the organisation has faced significant challenges in recruiting trainees as they believe that training needs to be both face to face as well as in the live environment with client interactions. As such, a decision was made to hold off on the recruitment of graduate and entry level posts, however this has now left a gap in the structure. This in turn has led to us being invited to assist them in the recruitment of a number of key senior and operational roles.
